Project Description


In 2014, the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel created a completely new concept for their restaurant with a focus on local, organic food. Hangar 18’s challenge was to not only design the logo and the menu system, but also to name the restaurant, and then create an advertising campaign and theme line to help promote the opening. The approved name, logo and menu design reflect the distinctive shape of the restaurant and capture the essence of its handcrafted fare.
