We recently helped Richmond Centre roll out "Blossom" - an indoor tribute to spring of epic proportions. Components in the mall include a sea of living flowers, a bamboo forest, a wooden bridge and a traditional Wishing Tree. Origami flower templates were distributed in newspapers, in mall and could be downloaded from Richmond Centre's Facebook page. The idea is simple: you just jot down your wish, fold the paper into a flower and then attach it to the Wishing Tree. For every wish attached, Richmond Centre will donate $1 go to the Children's Wish Foundation. Lynne’s wish: a spring that doesn’t feel like winter.
